Private Parties at The Central Bar

The Central Bar can cater for your next social event. No matter how big or small, we will take all the unnecessary hassle out of organizing you birthday party, holiday party, office party, engagement, anniversary or even divorce party. We take pride in hosting private events and we know how important it is for everything to go smoothly. Our private party room can accommodate gatherings of 30 to 150 guests, ideal for after work parties and much more. Our main floor can accommodate anything from 2 guests for dinner up to 150. Our private party room is a carbon copy of a trendy downtown lounge or night club. Couches and oversized pillows border the room and the ceiling twinkles with an array of spot lights. It has its very own full liquor, wine and bottled beer bar, private bathroom, DJ booth and a state of the art sound system. Top Shelf Open Bar  (no shots)

The top shelf open bar deal consists of all domestic and imported bottled beer, a choice of Californian & Italian wines by the glass including, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Champagne by the glass. Also included are all well and Top Shelf Vodka, Gin, Rum, Tequila, Whiskies and Bourbons.
Martinis and other cocktails are also included.  Shots are not included.

Vodka:
Stoli (All Flavors), Absolute (All Flavors), Kettle One, Grey Goose.

Gin:
Beefeater, Tanqueray, Tanqueray Ten, Bombay Dry & Bombay Sapphire.

Rum:
Malibu, Myers, Bacardi (All Flavors), Captain Morgan and Mount Gay

Whiskey: Jameson, Powers, Dewars, J.W Red, J.W Black, Bushmills, Crown Royal, Chivas, Canadian Club, J&B, Seagrams 7

Tequila: Jose Cuervo Gold, Sauze, Patron Silver.

Regular Open Bar (no shots)

The regular open bar deal consists of all domestic and imported bottled beer, a choice of house wines by the glass including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay. Also included are all well Vodka, Gin, Rum, Tequila, Whiskey and Bourbon. Martinis and other cocktails are also included (ingredients will consist of well liquor). Shots are not included in the regular open bar.

Beer And Wine Open Bar

The Beer & Wine Open Bar consists of all domestic and imported bottled beer.
Draft Beers: Guinness, Smithwick's, Harp, Bass, Newcastle, Boddingtons, Stella, Yuengling, Bud Light, Amstel Light, Pilsner Urquell, Sam Adams, Carlsberg, Paulaner Hefe–Weizen, SunWheat, Brooklyn.

Bottle Beers: Budweiser, Bud Light, Amstel Light, Coors Light, Heineken, Heineken Light, Corona, Red Stripe, Becks, Michelob Ultra, Smirnoff Ice, Magners, and Miller Light. Becks N/A, O’Douls N/A.

Selection of Red and White Wines.

Appetizer Selection Price Per Platter

One platter will feed approx. 4 – 5 people. Tax (8.375%) & Gratuity (20%) are not included. A selection of hot and cold buffet spreads is also available on request.

• Payment can be made with credit card, corporate check or cash

• Central bar practices a policy of one drink per customer at any one time.

• Central Bar reserves the right to apply a “no show” charge of $250

• Privacy of your event will depend on arrangements made with management. It is Central Bar policy that private events must finish before 11pm on Friday & Saturday nights

• Payment is the sole responsibility of the undersigned and Central Bar staff or management is under no obligation to collect individual moneys or payments off any other party.
